Custom Wheel Solutions: From Concept to Production and Global Distribution
In the sectors in which we operate, it often happens that the wheel solution our customers are looking for doesn’t yet exist. For example, machine factories and/or developers approach us with ideas for new or optimized transport systems. This changing customer demand is a trend we have increasingly noticed since our transition from a trading company to a manufacturing total solutions provider. Where customers previously came for advice on selecting the right wheel, they now present us with technical challenges for developing complete wheel systems. “It doesn’t exist yet, but can you make it?” is a question we are asked daily. Our response? “Of course!”

The Right Wheel for Every Environment
Our technicians then engage with the system designer to determine which environmental factors are influential. Consider humidity, load capacity, dimensions, temperature range, and ergonomic factors. Once these conditions are established, our engineers begin designing a wheel solution. This could mean starting from scratch or modifying an existing wheel to meet the specific environmental factors.
Our Work Process in 5 Phases
- Research Phase: We start with a conversation to map out your situation or idea together.
- Design Phase: Our engineers develop a wheel solution based on the conditions established in the research phase.
- Development Phase: We create a prototype.
- Testing Phase: You test the prototype on-site. If the test is successful, we move to production. If not, we make the necessary adjustments and provide a new prototype.
- Production Phase: Once the wheels are ready, they are delivered to you.
From Production to Distribution: Short Communication Lines & Fast Realization
OEM companies and suppliers no longer need to outsource their designs. They entrust the entire process to us: from conceptualizing the wheel solution to producing and distributing the systems.
Our core activities consist of three components:
Production: We develop custom-made wheel solutions in both large and small quantities.
Trade: We distribute our products worldwide from our warehouse via a network of dealers.
Import: If desired, we import products, from high-end to low-budget quality.
No Request Is Too Unusual for Us
We produce based on orders, from large volumes to custom adjustments. No request is too unusual for us. In our workshop, we use injection molding and CNC machines to transform raw materials, such as steel and plastic, into high-quality wheels. We also vulcanize (natural) rubber onto various cores, both conventionally and using modern injection techniques. For polyurethane wheel solutions, we work with renowned foundries both domestically and internationally. In short, we can develop a suitable wheel for any system!
