Characteristics
These single flanged wheels are made of radiused tread solid steel and fitted in a steel stub axle. The final dimensions are machined as well as the 3° tread ascent to the axle. The wheels are very highly sideways- and peak load resistant. The double shielded ball bearings are lubricated with durable grease. Temperature range from -30°C to +120°C. In case of heat resistant use (with high-temp ball bearings) from -30°C to +300°C.
Rule of thumb at use on maximum temperature: Load capacity= ½ of indicated load capacity.
The solid steel flanged wheels have a very high load capacity and yet an extremely low rolling resistance. They are extremely wear- and shock resistant and insensitive to sharp materials. A higher noise level is to be considered. At regular exposure to high temperatures, frequently bearing-lubrication with high-temperature grease is recommended. 

Applications
Single flanged wheels for heavier loads running within RSJs and standard rolled steel channel.
