Our machine park enables us to offer that added value and so we can unburden our customers. To be able to offer a wide range of axles, we make use of our extensive machine park. This enables us to produce many products automatically. Using staff loaders and robots, we can cost-efficiently get many hours out of a working day. The high accuracy of the machinery and the experience of our operators allow us to truly unburden customers.

The optimal result is what counts
because the end result is most important for your solution. However, we also value the process to get to this result. This creates creativity and flexibility between customer and supplier and this often guides the projects in a positive direction. We therefore would like to invite you to visit our office and factory, so we can determine very quickly whether we can realize your goals together or not.
DM has extensive in-house production of various types of shafts and rollers. This is done according to drawing as (almost) anything is possible. This can be calculated directly by uploading your drawing.
Shafts and/or rollers can be divided into raw material such as:
- Steel C45
- Steel S355
- Steel 42CrMo4
- Stainless steel
- Cast nylon
- POM
Shafts and/or rollers finished with:
- A coating of the surface with a polyurethane, rubber or plastic
- A coating finish smooth or with profile
- Stud and/or Conical
- Galvanisation of steel and hardening of the steel
Of course, a combination of the above finishes is also possible.
If the type of material or finish you are looking for is not listed, please contact us here. We will then see whether we can help you.
