With a large choise of CNC-controlled turning and milling machines, we are able to produce at high cost-efficientcy. We produce smaller dimensions fully automatically on a so-called sprint machine which is capable of turining at high revolution speeds. Complete rolls are manufactured from raw material at DM's own production site in Boxtel. Suitable for drive or fitted with ball bearings, in various sizes, ranging from rolls for conveyor systems suitable for transporting parcels and/or pallets.
With conveyor rollers, DM targets medium to large series of 100 to several thousand pieces. Of course, this can also be arranged in an annual call of contract.
