Heavy duty welded steel brackets, grey (RAL 9007) lacquer coated.
Swivel head has two steel hardened tapered roller bearings.
Load capacity 2000 up to 6000 kg.
A heavy steel-welded series, containing three legs for assembly with twin wheels, with heavy lasered and machined steel parts. The swivel head has two steel hardened tapered roller bearings, which are assembled in a very heavy steel housing with machined seats, round-welded on a thick top plate. The machined solid steel swivel-disc which forms a whole with the central kingpin is the base for the swivel-legs to weld on, with the use of an in-between bridge. After adjusting the nut, it is welded to avoid loosening and the hole in the top plate is plugged with a thermoplastic cap. By means of an O-ring the housing is protected against dust and dirt. To protect against environmental influences these brackets are hammer-blow grey lacquer coated. The swivel head is smooth running and has no play. The tapered roller bearings are lubricated with durable grease. On request a grease-nipple can be fitted. The legs of the swivel- and fixed brackets are all round welded. Temperature range from -30° to +80°C.
These very robust heavy duty twin-brackets are under normal conditions maintenance-free and have a very long service life. Moreover the swivel resistance is reduced to the minimum because of the differential effect when using twin wheels. For brake version or different dimensions please ask one of our consultants.
For purposes at intensive normal use in the heavier segment, where regular peak-loads appear and a pliant swivel movement is preferred, these brackets are excessively suitable.
