Heavy duty welded steel swivelcastors with top plate, grey (RAL 9007) lacquer coated.
One-row steel hardened double shielded ball bearing in the swivel head, castor suitable for peak loads.
Load capacity from 500 up to 1000 kg.
This steel-welded series with heavier lasered and machined steel parts has a one-row steel hardened double shielded ball bearing in the swivel head. This bearing is assembled in a tubular machined ring, round-welded on the top plate, secured with Seeger rings. The bracket is welded on the solid steel machined central kingpin. To protect against environmental influences these brackets are hammer-blow grey lacquer coated. The swivel head is smooth running and play-free. The ball bearings are lubricated with durable grease. The legs of the swivel- and fixed brackets are all round welded. Temperature range from -30° to +80°C.
These heavy duty brackets are under normal conditions maintenance-free and have a very long service life. For single-brake version, which locks the wheel by securing the brake lever, add "ER" to the article number.
For purposes at continuous normal use in the heavier segment, where peak-loads appear and a pressed steel bracket cannot be used, a fine bracket-series.
