Heavy duty stainless steel-welded castors, series X52. Swivel head with machined double ball races and grease nipple. Suitable for regular peak-loads.

A stainless steel-welded series without central kingpin with heavier pressed and machined stainless steel parts Aisi 304. The swivel head has two machined ball races, with stainless steel hardened balls Aisi 420. The round-welded stainless steel pressed flange-ring is partly let in into the stainless steel top plate. The swivel-legs are directly welded on the swivel-disc. Type 150B, however, makes use of an extra in-between bridge on which the legs are welded. These are suitable for twin-wheel assembly. To embellish the look, these stainless steel brackets are glass beaded. The swivel head is smooth running, has minimum play and is containing a stainless steel grease nipple. The ball bearings are lubricated with durable grease. The stainless steel legs of the swivel- and fixed brackets are all round welded. Temperature range from -30° to +120°C.
These very robust heavy duty stainless steel brackets are under normal conditions maintenance-free and have a very long service life. For double-brake version, which locks both the swivel head and the wheel by securing the brake lever, add "FV" to the article number.
Suitable for intensive use and peak-loads in the heavier segment.
