If the choice for the core is known, we look at the tread. Of course, this depends entirely on the application. Does the wheel have a high or low load capacity? Should there be a lot of damping in the tread or little? Is it advisable to use a profile, add grooves to the tread, or work with a smooth tire that can even be turned for higher accuracy?
